Terry is an attorney, licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon. In addition to serving as our firm's president, Terry also functions as in-house counsel, representing employer in workers' compensation, Department employment services and DOSH litigation. Catherine (Katie) A. Cederburg senior vice president
Katie began her career in workers' compensation claims management in 1979 with Scott Wetzel Services. After five years with SWS, Katie worked for eight years for a third party administrator that ultimately became Mason Young Risk Management Service. While employed at Maxson Young, she managed claims units in Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Georgia and Florida. Read more »
Pamela Kaye Dooner vice president
Pamela is a certified self-insured claims administrator and has been with CRM since 1993. Prior to her association with CRM, Pamela was employed as a State Fund and self-insured claims administrator with Maxson Young in Everett. During her first few years with Maxson Young, Pamela was the sole claims administrator for a nursing home retrospective rating group that enjoyed the distinction of being the top retro group in 1990 in terms of percentage of returned premium. She continues to manage the program today. Pamela also led an innovative program involving the development of a job bank to be sued for transitional work/ early return to work purposes which also met ADA requirements. This program served as a model for other employers in the state and was subsequently marketed nationally by another firm.
Pamela has more than eighteen years experience in healthcare. She is a graduate of San Diego College for medical assisting at San Diego State University and she then practiced as a medical assistant in California prior to moving to Washington.

David J. McAuliff legal department
David is a licensed attorney in California where he is practiced as a workers compensation defense attorney since 1996. He was employed as a trial attorney with the California firms of Hanna Brophy and also Laughlin, Falbo, Levy, Moresi. He was also employed as a Senior Trial Attorney at Zenith Insurance Company. While at Zenith, David also served as a legal consultant developing Zenith's Medical Provider Network, Utilization Review Program and Pharmacy Management System.
David has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore at the Oakland Workers Compensation Appeals Board handling pretrial and mediation conferences.
David earned his Juris Doctor degree from San Francisco Law School in 1995 and graduated from the University of Miami in 1991 where he earned a baccalaureate degree in English literature and minored in classical guitar performance.
Mark LaPalm
arm, safety and health specialist
We have contracted with Mark to provide our clients with safety and health consultation services including on-site inspection, accident investigation and training. Mark has 25 years experience in workers compensation insurance risk management, fifteen of those with the Department of Labor and Industries where he worked as a compliance safety and health officer. Mark has also managed retrospective rating programs as a risk management consultant with Fully Integrated Risk Management, LLC.
Mark has an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from City University.
